Hi! I’m Amber Bergman, a Licensed Master Social Worker with 15 years of experience in the mental health field and 6 years in direct clinical practice. I offer in-person services with L&C Therapy and work with children, teens, and young adults (ages 9–25).

My approach blends evidence-based practices with a strengths-focused lens, meeting you where you are and supporting you as you move toward the life you want.
I strive to ensure you feel truly seen, heard, and understood, and that real progress feels possible. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, anger management, social skills challenges, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and learning to set healthy boundaries.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs, hiking, and traveling. I bring curiosity, humor, and heart into every session and would love to walk alongside you on your journey.
