My experience includes working with divorce, single parenting, blended families, adolescent developmental stages, school related issues, anxiety/depression, grief and loss, personal growth, and trauma. My goal is to provide an environment of safety and trust for exploring issues and learning new skills, centered on your needs and disposition.
My style is comfortable, relaxed and sprinkled with humor. I strongly believe that we are all equipped with the tools necessary to transform our lives; however, when life happens our lenses sometimes get blurred. There are times when we need guidance and support in evaluating a situation or identifying what needs to change.
I work primarily from a family systems perspective and offer counseling through a strength-based and person-centered approach.
