Many people I work with feel confident in many areas of life, yet relationships are where they feel the most uncertain. I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand and shift the deeper emotional patterns shaping their relationships, self-worth and sense of connection.
Some clients come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring relationship patterns or wanting deeper intimacy and connection. Others are navigating the impact of earlier experiences that still influence how they relate to partners, vulnerability and trust.
My approach is depth-oriented and informed by attachment science. I integrate EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and somatic approaches to help clients explore and process experiences that may still be shaping their relationships today.
