Sometimes, we just need that support person who can walk with us, and guide us until we arrive at a place of acceptance, healing, and wholeness. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also am well versed in working with people in crisis.
I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, and I believe in holding clients in a genuine, warm, and empathic environment.
