Seeking help during times of loneliness, isolation, stress or discomfort can be overwhelming and challenging.. I’m glad you’re here. I provide a compassionate space just for that, a place for clients to share their experiences, feelings, and to be their most authentic self.
As a clinician I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and connection. I utilize a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I also specialize in substance use disorders and have experience in a variety of outpatient mental health facilities.
My approach is to provide you with the skills to successfully be able to accept, process, and manage life’s hardships and challenges. Through client-centered techniques we’ll open the door to create change you want to see. Every person is capable of growth and deserves to embrace the life they see for themselves, together we can begin the journey.
