I approach my clients from a culturally responsive; trauma-informed; emotionally focused; and overall holistic lens. I employ experiential and somatic practices, as well as ACT, IFS, & other therapeutic models. My joy is in supporting people through seasons of transition; reconciling new and/or changing identities; processing grief; and healing past wounds.
As a Latina woman, I have a deep passion for supporting members of marginalized communities, men & women, as we navigate embracing all our intersecting identities in this country.
