Our brains are amazing and have the ability to heal from past and present painful experiences! Life is full of twists and turns and sometimes we get stuck. Therapy is an effective way to help us get back on track. I am passionate about working with people and helping them to be their best selves!
I have 28 years of licensed-experience working with individuals and families with mental health and substance use concerns. I am a certified EMDR therapist and trained in TF-CBT, to work with those who have trauma and are seeking relief. My specialties include; women's issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, substance misuse, and adjustment issues.
Life gets tough sometimes and some have even experienced tough times, most of their lives. There is hope for healing. I have had the blessing of working with hundreds of people over the years and their courage to move forward and being witness to that healing has been my motivation and pleasure to continue working in this field.
