You’ve done survival. Now it’s time for something different.
If you’ve lived through trauma - whether from painful relationships, family dynamics, or experiences that left you feeling unsafe or disconnected - you already know how to endure. But healing isn’t just about getting by, it’s about reclaiming your sense of safety, self, and hope for the future. I specialize in trauma therapy and am deeply committed to helping you move from surviving to truly living again.
I have extensive experience working with survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual trauma, as well as clients healing from emotional abuse, chronic stress, anxiety, and self-worth wounds. My approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Therapy.
I work with teens and adults of all identities, and I'm affirming of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Clients describe me as steady, real, and grounded as I strive to bring honesty, humor, and deep respect into the therapy space. I'd be honored to support you as you reconnect with who you are and begin to moving forward from what you've survived.
