My passion is working with Latina/o/e, Spanish-speaking, and LGBTQIA+/queer individuals, though I also love to work with clients from different identities and groups. I can provide therapy in English, Spanish, or both, depending on your preference. I work with individuals and couples experiencing issues with anxiety, self-esteem, shame, sexuality and sexual health, communication and intimacy, identity, grief, and family conflict.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing methods that are best suited for you and your situation. This includes a diverse number of techniques that expand beyond just talk therapy. I also follow a trauma informed treatment and a social justice-driven framework with all of my clients. Creating a safe and healing space for you is my main goal!
My job is to understand you and your situation and provide the help necessary as we walk towards accomplishing your goals.
