Navigating OCD, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions can be emotionally and physically draining. I am a trained OCD specialist and an active member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). I have additional speciality in working with undergraduate and graduate students. The majority of clients that I work with are navigating Anxiety or OCD and Related Disorders. My clinical approach to therapy is grounded in ERP, ACT, and CBT.
