I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in South Florida. I have been working in the mental health field since 2011 and have experience supporting my clients through their own personal challenges and life changes in an effort to move towards emotional wellness and fulfillment in their lives. Feelings of emptiness, sadness, loneliness and a lack of connection to self and others can keep us from reaching our personal goals. These feelings can sometimes look like depression, anxiety, relationship problems, problems at work or substance abuse.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship between counselor and client is a wonderful vehicle for true and lasting healing. This relationship is an opportunity to take a close and careful look at your own needs and how well those needs are being met in your current live and routine.
It provides a safe and structured way to rethink those patterns that are taking away from your ability to feel peaceful, happy, and connected.
