I offer individual therapy, couples, relationship & intimacy counseling, and support groups, as well as clinical supervision for mental health professionals. I am experienced and trained in treating a variety of mental health concerns, including perinatal anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD, and couples and sex therapy methods. I also support those with reproductive challenges such as infertility, sexual dysfunction, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma. I strive to create a non-judgmental space for individuals struggling with any other life transitions or mental health needs.
Parenthood, relationships, and the ever-demanding mess of life can be isolating and overwhelming, especially with the added stressor of mental healthcare needs. My aim is to understand what feeling better would look like for you, how to make it happen, and how to support and sustain your wellness journey.
