Do you feel overwhelmed by your daily responsibilities? Are you struggling to find the motivation to become the best version of yourself? I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages—from children and teens to college students and busy professionals. I also have experience supporting married couples facing marital challenges.
Additionally, I help clients manage unresolved grief and trauma so they can heal and move forward. I believe that unprocessed trauma often makes it difficult to thrive in other areas of life. Using evidence-based practices (IFS, CBT, DBT) I support clients with navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, illness, relationships and building boundaries.
While my style is warm and compassionate, I will also challenge you to gain insight and recognize unhelpful thinking patterns. Together, we’ll develop personalized coping strategies that align with your symptoms and values. I strongly believe in seeking support early—before your symptoms further complicate your life.
