I’m a first-generation Nigerian-American therapist passionate about creating a collaborative, culturally responsive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I especially enjoy supporting African-American women & men, persons of color, first-generation individuals, and anyone navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or family stress, and body image concerns. My approach is grounded in transparency, trust, and respect for your lived experience.
