My approach to therapy is to create a supportive and compassionate space that will allow us to challenge and explore patterns of behavior, relationship dynamics, thoughts and experiences, while allowing healing to occur on the path to achieving your therapeutic goals
Each individual’s path to healing is different. My background in both Family Trauma Therapy and addiction gives me a unique approach. I use various therapeutic modalities that are person-centered and trauma informed. I have experience treating adults from diverse cultural backgrounds having a range of concerns. I am also, bilingual in Arabic and English.

Returning to the Self is a weekly closed therapy group designed for women balancing the complexities of identity, oppression, and healing. Together, we create a space where you can: Break cycles of family trauma and unlearn harmful conditioning, navigate the current political climate without losing yourself, find belonging in a world that tries to erase you, resist burnout, anxiety, and self-doubt.
