We are dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults find their courage and their calm, helping parents find the most effective parenting strategies, and helping families interact with more empathy and compassion.
I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and their families. I specialize in working with children experiencing trauma, anxiety, attachment-related disorders, mood disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I place emphasis on the importance of family systems and strong therapeutic alliances to promote change.
Because each client is unique with specific needs, I facilitate treatment that is tailored specifically to each individual and family system.
