Serving Douglasville in video sessions until Match 2025 and then some sessions can be in person.
My style of therapy is a creative mix of cognitive, behavioral and reality approaches with a big dose of kindness, humor and warmth. What does all that mean? The basic issues that bring someone into therapy will impact the type of work which will be complete together. Therapy is a conversation between two working towards a holistic goal.
A person who comes into therapy for feelings of depression will have different goals and challenges verses someone who comes in for change of life issues. I believe an effective practice combines intuition, experience and knowledge to create the most ideal solution for you, as an individual.
