As a therapist I work primarily from a Queer Feminist perspective with a focus on strategies to sustain balance and mental health within ongoing systems of oppression. I specialize in working with queer and LGBT identified Latinx communities, multiracial adults and individuals impacted by family based or attachment traumas. I offer EMDR as a primary tool for treatment as well as EFT, meditation and relational somatic psychotherapy techniques with all clients

Non-monogamous couples therapy, work with partners to better understand trauma recovery and family treatment are also available.
