My personal journey to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by my positive experience with therapy as a teenager. I had a therapist who made me feel truly seen and heard, and that experience inspired me to offer the same compassionate, client-centered approach to others. I believe in creating a safe and open space where we can work together, tailoring each session to your individual needs so that you get the most out of our time! Building a trusting, collaborative relationship is so important to me, especially when working with young adults as they navigate life’s transitions.
