About
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I’m so glad you’ve decided to take this first step. I want our sessions together to feel comfortable, safe, and supportive. And while I try to tailor my therapy approach to each individual’s needs and preferences, I do hope that over time I can help you learn to approach life’s difficult experiences with more self-compassion and awareness.
I have previous experience in facilitating virtual prenatal support groups and providing support in a variety of outpatient clinics as a medical social worker. My areas of clinical interest vary - from helping those who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, trying to heal after a loss, or navigating new or stressful life transitions.
Currently I’m offering in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Telehealth sessions based on schedule availability. One of the most important aspects of therapy is finding a clinician that feels like a good fit for you - so please reach out if you have any questions or want to get a better sense of how we might work together!
