I will partner with you as you face the concerns before you. Therapy can provide the safe and compassionate space needed to share, learn, and move toward healing.

Selah Counseling LLC is located within the Spaulding Complex.

I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and life adjustments. I work with couples and offer premarital sessions. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as the Gottman Method. I have additional expertise and interest in women's issues and young adult concerns.
