My speciality area is OCD and anxiety treatment for ages 5 & up. I used evidence-based modalities such as ERP and ACT to help you find relief and move towards the life you want for yourself. As I have lived experience with OCD, I can offer a deep level of understanding and validation for what you are going through, in addition to having the specific knowledge and training.
I help clients change their relationship to their anxious thoughts and feelings so they can build a life based on their values. For OCD I offer ERP, and often utilize ACT principles to help cope with negative emotions and build a valued life. I offer warmth, safety, and unconditional acceptance to my clients.
