I am passionate about helping people and believe therapy is a collaborative process where we will work together to determine your goals and how to achieve them. Current or past issues may have you feeling discouraged or defeated about your ability to feel better. My goal is to create a safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable enough to engage fully in therapy so that I can help you achieve your full potential. Clients find themselves at ease working with me and are able to address what prompted them to seek therapy without fear of being judged or criticized.
I use a variety of different therapies and will discuss treatment options with you as part of the therapy process. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and find it especially successful in helping clients overcome negative self-beliefs, fears, and traumatic events.
