I offer a space to slow down, notice what's happening beneath the surface and move toward greater self-understanding, self compassion and a more fulfilling life.
I offer somatic, trauma-informed therapy grounded in the relationship between mind and body. My work supports people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, with attention to the nervous system and how experiences shape how we feel, relate, and move through the world.
