As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an emphasis in trauma informed care, I have the tools to work with a wide range of mental health conditions. I work with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, addiction and self-esteem. My counseling style is a holistic approach; focusing on healing the mind body and spirit, using trauma informed therapies.
