Whether you are looking for support through a challenging situation or you are ready to begin working towards a new direction in your life, we can work together to create the foundation and self-awareness you need to reach your goals. I treat a wide range of mental health concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions.
I specialize in Attachment, Narrative, Emotionally Focused modalities as well as parts of IFS and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Although I specialize in these modalities, I take an individualized approach with each client and we will work collaboratively using what will benefit you most to explore your past, present and what you want your future to look like
Through our work together, you will grow your sense of understanding of yourself and how you perceive things which will empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life. Current openings are Tuesday through Thursday late mornings and afternoons.
