My goal is to give you a space free of judgement so that you can grow into a happier, healthier, and more balanced version of you! As a therapist, I normalize being human by offering grace, compassion, and understanding without judgement. I support growth through solution-focused and CBT therapy. Everyone’s journey and growth track will be different, so let’s embrace the time it takes to grow and overcome. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you through highs and lows.

Although life can be hard, you don't have to figure things out alone. I value self-care, trust, empathy, respect, and healthy relationships. I strive to work together to help others pick up the pieces and rebuild themselves.
