I specialize in supporting individuals healing from sexual, physical, emotional, or spiritual abuse and trauma, helping you rediscover freedom and connection. I also enjoy working with individuals exploring their gender or sexual identity and the LGBTQIA2S+ community, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process and grow. With nearly a decade of experience, I'm here to affirm that healing is possible.

I use EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support individuals healing from sexual assault/abuse, emotional/physical/spiritual abuse, trauma and PTSD, and relationship challenges. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer interpersonal process groups and EMDR Intensives for those seeking accelerated, focused healing.
