Experiencing sexual trauma can have profound and lasting effects, making support essential for healing. The recovery journey can feel lonely, and survivors may struggle with feelings of shame, self-blame, isolation, low self-worth, post-traumatic stress, and difficulties with intimacy. This virtual support group, designed for female-identifying survivors of sexual trauma, offers a safe and compassionate space to process, share, and connect with others who understand. Through this group, you’ll find validation, support, and a sense of community as you navigate your healing journey. LGBTQIA+ folks are welcome here! $60 or pay what you can.
