Every person's story is unique and worth exploring. I strive to make therapy an inclusive space where individuals feel free to be their whole, authentic self. My goal is to walk with you on your journey to wellness, whatever the destination might be. I work with young children, teens, and adults. I most commonly focus on helping those trying to manage ADHD, anxiety, stress from life transitions, and anyone searching for a positive change.
What time with me in the therapy room looks like depends on what you need. We might spend time finding creative ways of expressing your most difficult emotions, or we might work together finding concrete solutions to a specific problem. For children, I use child centered play therapy to facilitate change and healing.
