Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, powerless, and alone, especially when you've been affected by trauma. Right now, you might feel frustrated, out of control and afraid that the patterns of the past will continue to repeat themselves. It might seem impossible to break free from the feelings of shame and self-blame weighing you down and feel understood when you try to explain to others how you really feel. If this sounds like where you find yourself today, I’m here to help you move forward and work with you to create the future that you have always deserved.

I work with women who are looking to address the impact that the past is having upon their present and create lasting change. We’ll work together to heal problems at the root and help you to learn strategies to better manage your emotions, your relationships, and your negative thought patterns by using proven tools such as EMDR and DBT.
You don’t have to be defined by your past. I want to work with you to help you break free from what’s holding you back from the life you want to live. I offer a genuine, empathetic, non-judgmental space where you can feel free to be yourself and feel safe doing the work that will help you to build the life you want. Please contact me for a free consultation.
