I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I have extensive experience working with adults who have serious and persistent mental illness, treating a wide range of conditions for which individuals seek professional help, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and more.
I earned a Master's degree in Community Agency Counseling from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2009. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet each client's unique set of needs.
Given my seminary training and deep appreciation for spiritual life, I offer clients the option to receive counseling from either a strictly secular perspective or one that incorporates a faith-based approach.
