Hi everyone! I'm sure it can be intimidating starting the therapeutic process. Having to identify areas in our lives we may need help with can be an overwhelming task. I strive to create a warm, safe space for clients to explore those things in a supportive, non judgemental environment. My style is easy going and friendly, with the definite use of humor. My approach is collaborative and respectful, with the focus on assisting clients with utilizing the strengths they possess to problem solve and facilitate change for themselves.

I have experience with all age groups from children, teens, adults and elderly. I enjoy working with women and our unique challenges. I also enjoy helping children & teens identify their best forms of expression as they learn to navigate moods and feelings about their life experiences. My work has included play and sand tray therapy.
