My goal is to walk next to you through your healing journey, providing tools so that you can be successful! I approach our work together with compassion and an open heart (with a sprinkle of humor and realness!), from a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for those who find themselves in need. I offer flexibility in my approach to accomplish the goals that are individualized to each person.
I work with children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, and stress. As your clinician, my strategies are born from a creative, person-centered, strength-based trauma-informed lens of treatment to meet you where you are.
