We help individuals navigating the lasting impact of complex trauma (C-PTSD) and developmental trauma, including social anxiety and relationship patterns shaped by attachment wounds and communication challenges. We support teens and adults in the Houston area with concerns such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, work–life balance, and healing from childhood trauma and complex family dynamics. Therapy can support increased confidence in social situations, improved motivation, reduced excessive guilt, and skills for managing academic or work-related stress, fears of abandonment, people-pleasing patterns, and boundary-setting.
My passion is working with others who grew up in abuse, neglect, or with other forms of trauma. We often see our pasts show up when workplace dynamics, social situations, and relationships trigger behaviors and patterns we wish they didn't and we may become defensive, anxious, people-pleasing, or wonder about co-dependency.
