I take a warm, down-to-earth, and personalized approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to each client’s individual needs and personality. I love incorporating clients’ interests, creativity, humor, and strengths into sessions to make therapy feel engaging, relatable, and even fun at times while helping clients build insight, confidence, coping skills, and lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages, addressing presenting problems related to: autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school related issues and concerns, and significant life transitions.
