I help people understand their internal world and the patterns that shape their experiences, so they can move through life with more clarity, intention, and less blah. Hopefully, even find some joy too.
I believe therapy should be a space for growth, not a place to stay stuck. My focus is on helping you build insight, resilience, and self-trust so that you feel equipped to navigate challenges independently.
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating patterns that don’t fully make sense. Our work focuses on bringing awareness to those patterns and creating shifts at a deeper level; supporting both symptom relief and a more intentional way of moving through life.
Sessions are guided by what you bring in, with an active and thoughtful approach that stays connected to your larger goals. Many clients begin meeting weekly and adjust over time based on their needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, using modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and IFS. Current availability is limited to daytime appointments.
