Using trauma-informed, relationship-focused, and attachment-minded approaches, we’ll clarify your challenges and develop practical steps to improve your well-being. Sessions can take place virtually, face-to-face, or even outdoors in a setting that feels right for you.
While I especially enjoy working with parents and children, I am here to support all ages. I'm an LGBTQ+ ally and joyfully welcome all kinds of families.
