I am currently expanding my group counseling services; please contact me to learn more about upcoming groups and registration. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for counseling and integrative wellness, helping clients develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and enhance their overall well-being. I work with adults and older adolescents (ages 16+) and use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within a Biblical worldview.
My work is informed by an integrative mental health framework that considers the role of nutritional factors in shaping mood, stress response, and relational health. As part of our work together, I also encourage clients to consider a functional nutrition assessment in conjunction with counseling.
Once your first appointment is booked, you'll need to complete some intake paperwork to officially start your journey. Most clients find it convenient to fill out this paperwork online via our client portal, but if you prefer, hard copies are available—just arrive ten minutes early to get set up.

P.E.A.C.E.finders - Calm & Confident Women's Group
A 6-week CBT-based women's counseling group focused on reducing stress, improving emotional regulation, and building confidence through evidence-based mental wellness skills. Thursdays @ 5:30 pm starting October 1 - November 5, 2026. Pre-registration required--$15 copay per group counseling session with insurance. Self-pay option available as well.
