I love working with individuals and couples who are ready to feel better about themselves and their relationship. No matter what my clients are dealing with, whether it be depression, anxiety, marital problems, etc., I want to help them grow in a way that they learn to love themselves, accept what they can accept, and move forward in their lives.
I specialize in marital therapy, often utilizing emotionally focused couples therapy as well as Gottman methods. I also utilize EMDR to help my clients struggling with anxiety, phobias, OCD, PTSD and more.
My first goal in therapy is to build a trusting relationship with my client through compassion, empathy, and honesty. I understand that the client needs to trust me and feel comfortable with me before we can do any real work.
