Life can be kind, chaotic, saddening, dark, mesmerizing, or unexpected. All perspectives different for everyone while every year or decade we become a new version of ourselves we try to understand. Sometimes it is hard to do on our own, which is why therapy is a great option to have as support.
My approach to therapy is to help you find movement in the stuck, coping in the intense emotions and stress, and understanding who you are outside of what is or is not benefiting you. It can be learning about who you are and what you want out of this life.
My experience is working with individuals between the ages of 14 and up in person or through Telehealth from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, substance use, trauma, to relationship issues, etc. I incorporate board games, art, and weekly challenge options as a method to continue the therapeutic process outside of therapy.
