Seeking therapy can be scary and takes courage. As humans, we all carry baggage. Sometimes, that baggage can get too heavy for us to carry on our own. The beautiful thing about being human is that we are not alone in our struggles. Yes, at times it can feel as if we are alone. However, I want to argue there are always people willing to help, you just have to find them and accept them. My goal as a therapist is to help you lighten your baggage through empathy, compassion, and unwavering acceptance.

I have experience working with people of all ages, from children to senior citizens. I am confident working with - but not limited to - anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life changes, abuse, and suicidality. Taking a holistic approach, I help clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

I am dedicated to listening with compassion and providing unwavering support, which I believe is crucial in building a strong therapeutic alliance.
