Whether it is assisting parents find time for self-care or helping emotionally sensitive individuals understand and honor their emotions, I offer a validating, humorous and often frank approach to help my clients navigate obstacles on their personal journeys.
I offer individual and relationship therapy for adults with a focus on treating anxiety and depression, trauma recovery, anger management, infidelity recovery, parenting and caregiving concerns as well as compassion fatigue. I am EMDR trained. I am also trained in Psychological First Aid to address mental health crisis following natural disasters.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping others. Whether it’s sharing in moments of triumph or offering comfort in times of tragedy, I am passionate about providing the best possible care for my patients.
