Hello, new clients, Welcome (waves). Let me just say, I am glad you are here! My name is Amanda and I am the owner of Swan Counseling LLC. I work with an amazing pre-licensed clinician, Shelyssa, and together we help clients navigate their mental health needs. Therapy should be a collaborative and comfortable place of exploration. I have a passion for positive sexual health and sex education as well as providing a safe place to explore trauma. I work with young (18+) adults navigating anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, ADHD, autism, and understanding health relationships.
I specialize in sex therapy, CBT, trauma recovery, managing executive function, and healthy relationship building. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them explore avenues that best suit their needs. I love working with neurodivergent people, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms.
