Utilizing a non-judgemental and collaborative approach I work with clients to increase self awareness, identify and express emotions, and seek out change in order to build a more positive relationship with themselves and those around them. Using a Relational approach I help clients process patterns of relationships throughout their lives while seeking out positive support systems to help them cope with feelings of depression, anxiety, trauma or relational issues.
In addition I have training in prenatal and postnatal counseling and have experience with working with women and families who are pregnant, new parents or struggling with fertility or loss. I feel that it is so important for individuals to have support during this time as they navigate the changes in roles, emotions, and relationships.
We cannot always avoid the pain in our lives, but through connections with others we may find the support we need to work through that pain. I hope therapy can be another positive connection for you.

Postpartum Support Group
The transition into motherhood can feel isolating at times. With so many new changes it is very common to experience feelings of anxiety, depression or a lack of support and connection. This group is intended for mothers within the first year of postpartum who are seeking a safe place to explore their emotions and connect with other mothers who may be encountering similar experiences. Non walking little ones are welcome to attend!
