Aloha! My name is Amanda and I am born and raised on the Leeward side of Oahu. I received my undergraduate degree from UH Hilo and my graduate degree from Chaminade University in Honolulu. I utilize various approaches as needed for each individual I work with, including Person centered and individualized solution-focused therapy, goal setting, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices.
I integrate a “talk-story” approach and offer a safe, non-judgmental space where people can be themselves and begin to break down barriers. I aim to help individuals build confidence and empower them to make positive changes, including gender affirming care.
Telehealth and in-person appointments available.
