Over the past nine years, I have worked with clients around general mental health concerns and healthy sexuality, especially the impacts this can have on a person's mental health. Additionally, I have worked with clients regarding obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, parenting stress, and postnatal concerns. Our goals will be to discover healthy and appropriate coping skills to manage mental health concerns. In doing so, you will have a better understanding of yourself and the concerns that bought you to see me.
I have an integrative approach to counseling that includes: person-centered, strength-based, trauma informed care, CBT, and DBT-informed. I want to know your story and what brought you to see me. Only through this can we find a path forward that is best for you and your needs. You can expect a safe and nonjudgmental space to address your concerns.
If there are any questions you may have on my approach or experience, I welcome you to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
