I am Amanda Steiner, a Resident in Counseling with 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, religious trauma, and major life transitions. I’m passionate about helping clients find internal safety, meet their individual goals, and break cycles of generational trauma.

I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Regent University. As an artist, painter, quilter, gardener, baker, and coffee enthusiast, I enjoy incorporating art and creativity into my therapeutic approach.
