About
Deciding to reach out for help is admirable and shows tremendous strength. Everyone faces life experiences and thoughts that impact their mental health. I genuinely believe that everyone has strengths and skills to overcome life struggles. It is important to me that I provide my clients with a comfortable and safe environment to explore those strengths and skills. I believe feeling accepted, no matter what you share, can help you avoid holding back out of fear or disapproval, and lead to meaningful changes and growth.
I have over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families overcoming mental illness and addiction. My practice focuses on aiding individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, relationship issues, identity dysphoria, disenfranchised grief, and transitional issues.
My goal is to help you overcome barriers and get back to making your own healthy choices. I believe that the direction of your growth should be motivated by you, and we will work together to reach your goals.
