Namaste! My name is Amanda Sneed, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nineteen years of clinical experience. My experience includes working with various individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions, and trauma (including working with women in a domestic violence shelter). I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate education and mindfulness approaches in conjunction to support each other. I firmly believe that creating a safe space for people will be essential to make connections during therapy.
I will provide an unbiased perspective that offers you alternative ways of experiencing your situation. Allowing you a safe space to process, you will be able to disrupt the patterns you are stuck in. I encourage you to link with your genuine self and provide tools to improve your confidence and intuitive skills to make these decisions for yourself.
